Tea Products
Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, all tea sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for tea products once shipped.
New Tea Ware
Unused and undamaged new tea ware may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused
Item must be in original packaging
Item must be returned in the same condition as received
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly.
Vintage, Antique, and Pre-Owned Tea Ware
All vintage, antique, and pre-owned tea wares are sold as collectible items and are offered in "as described" condition.
All sales of vintage, antique, and second-hand tea wares are final.
No returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted.

Signs of age
Surface wear
Patina
Glaze variations
Kiln marks
Crazing
Firing characteristics
Historical repairs
Usage marks
Such characteristics are considered part of the item's authenticity, history, and collectible value and do not constitute defects.
Customers are strongly encouraged to review all photographs, measurements, and condition descriptions before purchasing.
Handmade Jian Zhan and Artisan Ceramics
Due to the handcrafted nature of traditional Jian Zhan and artisan ceramics may occur in:
Glaze color
Crystallization patterns
Ash deposits
Kiln transformation effects
Shape and dimensions
Surface texture
These are natural characteristics of handmade and wood-fired ceramics and are not considered defects.
Returns based on personal preference, natural kiln effects, or aesthetic variations will not be accepted.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Damaged During Shipping
If an item arrives damaged during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

Packaging materials
Shipping label
Damaged item
and video of:
Product when opening thw packing
Claims submitted without supporting documentation may be declined.
Zense Tea reserves the right of final decision.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Buyers are responsible for return and original shipping costs, unless they can provide proof that the item was damaged during transit.
Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable.
